My tree is up, all my christmas cards so far, are on the walls. The house smells of blooming Hyacints and incense and all my candle holders for x-mas are burning cosily.
The Boys and I are ready for Christmas. But with a sad twist as Clara and Billy are not with us this year. Then again, my little Devil Todd celebrates his first x.mas with us and he is still eyeing the ornaments with drool in his mouth LOL. The tree has survived so far, touch wood.

With a new puppy in the house, Boomer, Bode and my boss' fat German Shepherd, I wisely left the tree in the closet... Hope you and the bassetty boys have a very Merry Chrismas!
I remember those days of guarding the tree! I didn't put one up this year, but not because of Lily. I think she would have been fine with it this year!
